1. Agreement to these terms

gssiul.com is operated by Gilbert Services Southwest, doing business as GSS Life ("GSS," "we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and, if you opt in to text messages, our SMS Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to submit a form, use the chat or request services.

3. Educational content only

Everything on this site, including the Fit Check quiz, articles and videos, is general education. It is not tax, legal, investment or individualized insurance advice, and it does not determine your eligibility for any policy. Coverage is subject to each carrier's underwriting, and policy terms are governed only by the contract the insurance company issues. See our Insurance Disclosures.

4. Your free review request

Requesting a free IUL review and illustration creates no obligation to buy anything, and it does not create a policy or bind coverage. Quotes and illustrations are estimates based on the information you provide and the carrier's underwriting.

5. Communications

When you submit a form, a licensed agent may contact you by phone or email about the request you made. Text messages are sent only if you check an optional text message consent box. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Text message terms, including how to opt out, are in our SMS Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, submit information about another person without permission, interfere with the site's security, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, text and graphics on this site belong to GSS or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Third-party links and tools

Links to other sites and tools (such as our scheduling provider, chat provider or video host) are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, GSS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its educational content.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
