1. Who we are

GSS Life is a trade name of Gilbert Services Southwest ("GSS," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate gssiul.com and provide education and licensed insurance services for Indexed Universal Life (IUL), term life, final expense and related coverage. Keith Gilbert is a licensed life insurance agent (NPN 16050997). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, mobile phone number, age, state, how you earn your income, your goals, your Fit Check result, whether you have seen an IUL illustration, and anything you type into our forms or chat.
• Text messaging consent records: whether you checked each optional text message consent box, the exact consent wording shown to you, the date and time, your IP address and browser type. We keep these records to prove your permission and to honor your opt-out.
• Chat information: your name, phone number, email and messages if you use the chat window on our site.
• Booking details: information you enter into our third-party scheduling tool.
• Technical data: device, browser, pages viewed and similar usage data collected by cookies and analytics tools to keep the site secure and improve it.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your free IUL review request or career inquiry by phone, email and, only if you opted in, by text message.
• To schedule and remind you of appointments.
• To pre-screen coverage options and prepare quotes and illustrations with insurance carriers you ask us to work with.
• To send insurance education and offers, only if you opted in to marketing messages.
• To improve our site, advertising and service.
• To meet legal, regulatory and insurance-licensing obligations.

4. Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information

If you opt in, GSS Life may send you text messages. There are two separate, optional consents on our forms: one for non-marketing messages (such as replies to your request, appointment reminders and account updates) and one for marketing messages (such as insurance education and offers). Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of submitting a form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties, except to the vendors that deliver our text messages on our behalf. All of the sharing categories in Section 5 below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Licensed insurance carriers and underwriters, only when you ask us to explore coverage or submit an application.
• Service providers that host our site and run our CRM, email and text delivery, chat, analytics and scheduling. They may use your information only to provide services to us, under confidentiality obligations.
• Government authorities or others when required by law, or to protect our rights, property and safety.
• A successor organization if our business is merged or sold, subject to this policy.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar tools (such as Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and our chat tool) to run the site, measure use and measure the performance of our ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of interest-based ads through your device or ad account settings.

7. Security and retention

Form data is sent over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. We keep information as long as needed to serve you and to meet insurance, tax and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices and rights

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop all texts.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Calls and everything else: email keith@gilbertservicessouthwest.com or call 480-269-2577 to opt out, or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights. We honor verified requests and will not discriminate against you for using them.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Information about juvenile coverage is provided only by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
