1. Program name and sender

GSS Life Text Messages, sent by Gilbert Services Southwest, doing business as GSS Life ("GSS"). Keith Gilbert, licensed life insurance agent, NPN 16050997.

2. What messages you may receive

• Non-marketing (customer care) messages, if you check the non-marketing consent box: replies to your free IUL review request or career inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, requests for information needed to prepare your review, and account or policy service updates.
• Marketing messages, if you check the marketing consent box: life insurance education, information about Indexed Universal Life and other coverage, and offers from GSS Life.

3. How you opt in

You opt in by checking one or both optional, unchecked text message consent boxes on our Free IUL Review form or recruiting application and submitting the form, by agreeing in our website chat, or by texting us first. Each consent box is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of submitting a form.

Example opt-in wording: "I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Gilbert Services Southwest (GSS Life) about my free IUL review request, appointment reminders and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out."

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

8. Carriers

Supported on major U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission.

10. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued participation after an update means you accept the updated terms.
